Trivia :
- There are two Norwegian dubs of this film. The first from 1951 and the second from 1998.
- The film shares its title with the Danish version.
- Alice in Wonderland was one of the first Disney animated films to be dubbed into Norwegian and the first to be released. The very first dub created being Fun and Fancy Free.
- Newspapers have identified some of the credits from the original 1951 version but never mentioned the complete cast. The complete cast is available in old brochures.
- The 1975 brochure includes two different credits. The credits on this page are of the credits on the first page. If the credits on the third page are correct, please let me know so I can update it. :)
- Erna Schøyen, born in 1887, is the earliest born person in Norway to have voice acted in a Disney film.
- The original 1951 dub is available on the 1980s rental VHS release and the 1990 sale VHS release.
- On the 1980s rental VHS, the credits were left in English.
- On the 1990 VHS, the dubbing studio (Norsk Film A/S) was credited as "Norsk Studio S/A" by mistake. The "character animators" slide's text is colored lightly making it difficult to read.
- The 1998 dub used the 1951 script as its basis for its creation.
- *Vesla Rolfsen is the pen name that Anita Thallaug used while dubbing the film. (source)
- Sarah MacDonald Berge was credited as "Sarah McDonald Berge" in the 1998 dub by mistake.
I would like to thank Leonardo Forli and TrondM for contributing to this entry ! :)
