Trivia :
- Premiere : 12/23/1971 (English version, Dutch subtitles)
- Re-release : 12/24/1980 (Dutch version premiere)
- Re-release : June 1994
- There are two Dutch dubs of this film. The first from 1980 and the second from 2008.
- A day after the premiere of the 1980 dub, Louis Neefs passed away due to complications resulting from an automobile accident. His son, Gunther Neefs, was seriously injured, but survived. Coincidently, both Louis and Gunther are the voices of Thomas O'Malley in Dutch (Louis in the 1980 version and Gunther in the 2008 version.)
- The recording of the first Dutch dub only took 4 weeks.
- The film's title wasn't translated until 1994. Prior to that, the film used the original English title.
- The first Dutch dub was made publicly available on multiple formats. All of the dubbed VHS releases and the very first DVD release from 2001 include this dub.
- The second Dutch dub was created for the 2008 Special Edition DVD release and is the dubbing used onwards. It is included on subsequent DVD releases, Blu-Ray, and Disney+ streaming.
