Trivia :

  • Premiere : 07/26/1996
  • This dubbing was recorded in June 1996.
  • The film was screened in cinemas with the short Runaway Brain attached. (Source : OSIS)
  • Jan Modin did not reprise his role as Goofy in the sequel, An Extremely Goofy Movie.
  • Hans Lindgren (Goofy's Swedish voice since the 70s) was disapproved for the movie. This was because Disney in Burbank wanted new voice tests for all the characters, and they thought that Hans voice wasn't good enough for Goofy as his voice had deteriorated from years of chain smoking, Monica Forsberg tried hard to get Hans to voice Goofy in this film, to no avail.
