- There are two dubs of this film; the first from 1966 and the second from 1984. Information regarding the first dub is unavailable at this time.
- There is also a 1966 LP storybook that was dubbed into Finnish; but this is not the same as the original Finnish dub. This storybook dubbing was directed by Reino Bäckman.
- The second dub from 1984 is the commonly known dub and is available on all Finnish home media releases.
- Instead of following the English version by casting one woman for the female singing voices, Matti Ranin cast different singers for each part.
- Contrary to popular belief, Keijo Komppa did not provide Tony's singing voice. It was Petteri Salomaa who provided his singing voice. Salomaa is a famous opera singer in Finland.
I would like to thank Leo Löfgren Roberts for sending materials for this entry. :)
