Trivia :
- There are two dubs of this film. The first from 1950 and the second from 1997.
- The main reason why the second dub was commissioned was because Evangelina Elizondo ( Cinderella ) sued Disney over royalties of her recordings being used on the first VHS release.
- The first dub is available on the first VHS releases. It was the only dubbing that was used in all Spanish speaking countries until Mexico redubbed the film in 1997 and Spain dubbed the film into European Spanish in 1998.
- In the 1997 dub, Raúl Aldana dubbed Jaq's speaking lines and Raúl Carbelleda dubbed his singing lines. This was also the case with Timon from The Lion King.
- Edmundo Santos is credited with writing the songs in the 1997 dub as the dub reused his song lyrics from the original 1950 dubbing.
