- The film was given six different versions in Latin Spanish. One for Mexico, a second for Chile, a third for Argentina, a fourth for Peru, a fifth for Columbia, and a sixth for Venezuela. All of the actors were the same and the different versions were all made at Prime Dubb in Mexico. However, some of the dialogues and the idioms used were changed between all of them.
- Ricardo Tejedo (who is Ben Stiller's voice actor in Latin Spanish) also dubs Alex in this film.
- José Antonio Macías gave Private an Yucatán accent and retains it for the entire film series.
- The places Marty wants to go the wild are different between the English and Latin Spanish. In the original version, Marty wants to go to Connecticut. This was changed in the Latin Spanish dub to Miami as Miami is more familiar to Latin Americans.
- In the scene where Alex is looking for his friends on the beach, in the original version he mutters the names of the hosts of the NBC morning show Today who were Matt Lauer, Al Roker, and Katie Couric. In the Latin Spanish version, this was replaced with a reference to Shrek where Alex mutters Shrek, Donkey, and Fiona's names instead.
- In the slow motion scene on the beach, Marty utters a hidden profanity. In the original version, he says "sugar honey ice tea" and if abbreviated, spells the profanity shit. In the Latin Spanish dub, this was changed to "mier-coles" as "mierda" means shit in Spanish and separating the syllables made more sense in Spanish instead of translating "shit" into Spanish.
