- There are two dubs of this film. The first from 1941 and the second from 1995.
- The first dubbing started recording in June of 1940.
- Due to a limited budget, the choir in the original 1941 version was not dubbed.
- The 1941 dub is only available on the rental VHS from 1987.
- The 1995 dub was created when Pinocchio was made available for sale on VHS in 1995.
- The 1995 dub was recorded at KM Studio AB from June to August 1995.
- The 1995 home video trailer uses audio clips from the original 1941 dubbing likely due to the 1995 dub not being finished yet.
- Pinocchio is Johan Halldén's second role after voicing Young Simba in the Swedish dub of The Lion King.
I would like to thank Leo Löfgren-Roberts for sending in his materials for this entry. :)
