  • This is currently the oldest Disney film not to be redubbed into Finnish.
  • *When Robin Hood says the line, "That's no life for a lovely lady. Always on the run." it is Reino Bäckman who says this line instead of Kai Lind (Robin's voice actor)
  • In the scene where Robin Hood robs from Prince John the second time, Prince John's sleeping noises were dubbed by Ossi Ahlapuro but were overlapped with Peter Ustinov's English recording. This occurs in the original cinema screenings, 1980s rental VHS release, 1994 VHS release, all DVD releases, Blu-Ray release, and Disney+ streaming. On the 1998 and 2002 VHS releases, this audio was replaced with the original Peter Ustinov recording.
  • At the end of the film before Alan-A-Dale's final speech, there is a one second cut-off between the end of the music and before Alan-A-Dale starts his line. This only occurs on the 1980s rental VHS release. In all other releases,  it takes one second for the music to end and Alan-A-Dale to begin his final speech.
  • There is an LP from 1975 which contains new narration from Sauvo Puhtila but the record itself contains excerpts from the Reino Bäckman 1974 film dub.
  • The 1983 re-release was shown with Mickey's Christmas Carol.
  • In 1984, Matti Ranin produced a dubbing that was included with a read-along storybook and audio cassette. This dubbing is not related to the official Reino Bäckman dubbing and uses its own translation by Matti Ranin. Kai Lind (who voiced Robin Hood, Nutsy, and Alan-A-Dale) sang both of the songs on this recording. The recording in full can be listened to here.
  • For the 1994 VHS release, 1998 VHS release, and 2002 VHS release, the soundtrack was given a Hi-Fi restoration. During the restoration, some of the audio tracks have been cut and the music was trimmed during the production. This is due to the fact that the original Finnish audio track as well as the music & effects track not being recorded on separate audio tapes during 1974. Some of the dialogue recordings during the dubbing production in 1974 were 1 half of a millisecond too early and late with the mouth movements. While it was recorded on 35mm audio tapes, they do not always sync the sound and image simultaneously. Those in the video production in 1994 have cut the 35mm audio tape from 1974 in the areas where some dialogue sounds were 1 half second too early or too late and on some M&E tracks that it chops up like for example the scene with the whistle from the disguised fortune tellers to the prince in the carriage. During the restoration, an attempt was made to correct the millisecond synchronization issues. An example where this can be seen is before the archery tournament begins; in which, the Captain of the Guard presents the golden arrow to Prince John to allow the tournament to begin. At the end of this scene, Prince John's mouth is still moving even though he finished speaking. On the 1990s and 2002 VHS releases, the volume of the music was changed to be louder to cover up the synchronization issue; which in turned caused the dialogue to be barely audible. The scene immediately afterwards begins with the Captain speaking before his mouth begins moving and his dialogue finishes before his mouth stops moving. On the 1990s and 2002 VHS releases, his dialogue starts when his lips move and ends when his lips stop moving. The uncut Finnish dub is available in the cinema screenings, LP record, 1980s rental VHS release, DVD releases, Blu-Ray release, and Disney+ streaming.
  • On the 1980s rental VHS release, the "Walt Disney Productions presents" title card is skipped. It is included on the other 1980s rental releases including German, Italian, Norwegian, and Swedish. Additionally, the Finnish dubbing credits are not included on the rental VHS release and first appeared on the 1994 VHS release.
  • On the Blu-Ray release, Kai Lind is credited as Kaj Lind.
  • **Reino Bäckman and Kai Lind both dubbed Nutsy. A possible explanation is that Reino Bäckman does one-line voices for the characters in his dubbings as he is the director. A similar thing happens in his dubbing of Bambi in which he voices Thumper for one line.
