  • There are two Norwegian dubs of this film. The first from 1983 and the second from 1994.
  • During the 1938 release in Norway, the Swedish 1938 version was shown in Norwegian cinemas despite claims from several American newspapers claiming that a Norwegian 1938 dub exists. Source : Vestfold Arbeiderblad 05/16/1939
  • Some of the voices participated in both dubs. Unn Vibeke Hol dubbed Snow White's speaking voice, Tor Stokke dubbed the Huntsman,  and Sverre Holm dubbed Sleepy in both dubs. Knut Risan (who dubbed Bashful in the original dub) dubbed Happy in the redub, and Rolf Sand (who dubbed Sneezy in the original dub) dubbed Doc in the redub.
  • Snow White was the first dubbing role for Unn Vibeke Hol. Disney believed that Unn-Vibeke Hol and Anne Lise Gjøstøl sounded so similar to each other, they thought they were the same voice. (Source)
  • The original 1983 dub was issued to theaters with the original Norwegian dubbing of Mickey's Christmas Carol.
  • Dopey was given a voice in the old Norwegian dubbing. But it's not known if Frank Robert recorded any dialogue for Dopey or only recorded sound effects.
  • Only excerpts from the 1983 dub survived as some of the Sing-Along-Songs videotapes contain "Heigh Ho" and "The Silly Song" from the original 1983 dubbing. The rest of the songs were included on a CD print of the Norwegian soundtrack.
  • The entire Norwegian 1994 voices are not credited to their characters on the VHS, 2001 DVD, and Blu-Ray releases. The roles the actors voiced were revealed on the 2009 DVD release. Curiously on the Blu-Ray, the voice actors are credited family name first, given name second. The technical credits are not present on the Blu-Ray either.
