- There are two versions of this film. The first from 1938 and the second from 1982.
- Tatiana Angelini was 14 when she dubbed Snow White.
- Tatiana got the role of Snow White after being noticed while singing at graduations at her French school. Someone noticed her and knew director Per-Axel Branner and referred her to him. Branner visited her father and asked Tatiana to sing a song. Her father sat at the grand piano and Tatiana sang. Branner said, "That's it, I have my Snow White." Source
- When Walt Disney heard Tatiana's voice in Hollywood, he said Tatiana was the best Snow White he ever heard. Source
- The 1938 dub was recorded in two weeks in late June and early July of 1938. No one was allowed to enter the recording studio where the dubbing was taking place and the keyholes were covered up to prevent the press from leaking the voice cast participating in the dub. The cast was released to the press two months later.
- The 1938 dub was issued without credits.
- It is not clear who wrote the lyrics in the 1938 dubbing. Several online sources list Nils Bohman and Karl Lennart as the lyricists, while sources such as sheet music only list Lennart as the lyricist.
- In the 1938 dubbing, the choral finale of "Someday My Prince Will Come" was not dubbed into Swedish. Instead, it was left as a solo version.
- In the 1982 version, some of the song lyrics have been modernized by Doreen Denning as the 1938 lyrics were old-fashioned. Aside from these modifications, the song lyrics were mostly untouched from the 1938 dub.
- The 1982 version is available on all Swedish home media releases.
