In order to promote the new EuroDisney theme park, Disney produced a short film that showed a preview of what the new park would look like. Video uploaded by YouTube user thingsandtings The short follows Paul in his dream. In his dream, he travels with his family to the new Euro Disney Resort near Paris, France. They see the new attractions, meet several new friends, and have a blast ! (Fun fact : The short was filmed at Walt Disney World in Florida as EuroDisney was not finished and was done to give an idea of what the park would look like.) It was originally shown at the Espace Euro Disney preview center on December 5th, 1990 in France (it was right next door the the construction site of EuroDisney.) More information about this center as well as several photos can be found in the article "Lost Treasures EuroDisney Preview Center" on the website designingdisney.com and more photos can be found on the blog of Robert Rowe (who helped design the preview center) artofrobertrowe.blogspot.com At the end of the experience, guests were treated to this : This theater would be where the guests got to see the short film that previewed EuroDisney. When the short was originally shown, it was shown in French under the title (Euro Disney: Quand l’imaginaire devient realité.) The short has been dubbed into various languages in order to promote EuroDisney to a diverse audience. It was included on a few different VHS titles released in 1991 including Dumbo, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid. Where this short can be found on which release in the dubbed language is listed below : Danish : The Little Mermaid Dutch : The Little Mermaid Video not available (yet) English : The Little Mermaid VIDEO AT TOP Finnish : The Little Mermaid French (Original) : Cinderella (and Belgian copies of Dumbo have it) Cinderella :
